Personal Delivery or Postage of Orders

Deliveries or postage can be made on request for a small standard charge.
Most deliveries can be made within 48-72 hours of ordering , depending on stock availability.

Online Orders

Most online orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 working days after ordering, depending on stock availability.

For signed, special editions, or any stock where there is limited quantity available: If any damage happens during transit, we will do our best to replace the item free of charge. If the item is out of stock and/or no longer available, we will refund the customer for their order.

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy for Events

Books will be dispatched within 48-72 hours of an event taking place, depending on stock availability and if there have been no other delays. If there are delays, customers will be contacted about said issues.
(If you have asked for a copy in advance of the event it will be sent if available).

Fulfillment/Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders

Books will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of the book’s release. If there are delays, customers will be contacted about said issues. Pre-Orders can be fully refunded up to 3 days before a book’s release. Pre-Orders are only available for shipping within the UK. If non-UK details are provided for shipping the book out, we will offer you a full refund as we will not be able to complete the order.

If an order is placed for pick up in store, we will hold the book for up to two months before returning the book to our stock.
