The Candid Growth Collective is a series of five hands-on workshops designed to help you feel confident, clear, and in control of your social media and marketing.

Across the sessions, we’ll fine-tune your brand foundations (and explain what they are in the first place! Don't have them? Don't worry!) Show you how to create more content in less time (think 30 days in 30 minutes), explore fun ways to show up online without having to show your face on camera, capture scroll-stopping footage and plan so you’re never scrambling for ideas.

Every workshop is practical, collaborative and fuelled by creativity… with a drink in hand, of course. This is your space to learn, experiment and share ideas with like-minded people. You’ll walk away from each session with fresh strategies, real skills and the confidence to enjoy growing your business.

11th Sept - Brand Clarity Lab: Deep dive into your vision, mission & values

Think of this as a spa day for your brand’s brain. In this hands-on lab, we’ll cut through the fluff and get crystal clear on your vision, mission, and values. You’ll leave with a brand compass that points you toward dream clients and keeps your content laser-focused.

2nd Oct - The Content Sprint: Create more in less time

Ever wish you could clone yourself for content creation? This is the next best thing. In just one turbo-charged session, we’ll give you the tools to batch, repurpose, and streamline your way to a full month’s worth of posts, without the overwhelm or burnout. You’ll be left wondering what to do with all that extra time (we suggest wine).

23rd Oct - Faceless Content & Reels: Mastering engagement without being on camera

Camera-shy? We get it! We’ll explore clever, high-impact ways to create Reels and posts that hook your audience, using visuals, props, trends, and a sprinkle of creativity. 

13th Nov - B-Roll Brilliance: Capture scroll-stopping background footage

B-roll isn’t background noise, it’s the secret sauce to making your videos look pro! In this fun, practical workshop, you’ll learn how to capture b-roll and other cinematic gems that instantly upgrade your content.

4th Dec - Festive & New Year Content Planning: Map out your content for the holiday season & start 2026 strong

The holiday rush is real, but your content can be cool, calm, and planned out. We’ll talk festive campaigns, seasonal posts, and New Year kick-off content so you can enjoy the celebrations (mulled wine optional, but encouraged). You’ll roll into 2026 feeling organised, confident, and ready to go!

Each session is £25 and comes with a gorgeous workbook for you to plan, plot and learn, PLUS a choice of wine, hot or cold drink on arrival! (Food will also be available to purchase on the night.) Or you can sign up to all 5 sessions for £75 - that's just £15 per session! (We love a discount)
